Ever since I got involved with computers back in the late '90s, I've wanted the 'keithdickson.com' domain name to use for a personal site. Unfortunately, it was being used by a racetrack photographer in Texas.

Yes, I could have gone with a .com variant, like .net, but it just wasn't the same. I really wanted the .com, and decided I could wait.

Every six months or so I'd check on it's registration, with the hopes that someday I could get my hands on it. Then finally in April 2010 the owner allowed his registration to lapse, and a few months later when I noticed it (August 2010), I was able to finally make it my own.

This site will eventually become the hub of all the other websites I designed and/or maintain, as well as becoming a repository of family photos to share with distant relatives and a quasi-journal on my automotive projects.

About Me

So by now I'm guessing you've figured out my name. I live in West Point, Nebraska with my wife Mary and our four children. I also have an adult daughter who's attending nursing college.

I earn a living as a newspaper printing press operator and my wife as an registered nurse at the local hospital.
